年產(chǎn)3萬噸智能防火涂料生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目

Annual output of 30,000 tons of intelligent fire-proof coating production line

上海諾輝于2021年11月份與煙臺萬華新材料技術(shù)有限公司合作新項(xiàng)目，以EPC總承包形式承建年產(chǎn)3萬噸自動化防火涂料的整廠生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。萬華新材料技術(shù)有限公司是萬華化學(xué)集團(tuán)煙臺生產(chǎn)基地，為國內(nèi)500強(qiáng)企業(yè)，是一家全球化運(yùn)營的化工新材料公司，在國內(nèi)各地設(shè)有多個(gè)研發(fā)中心，以持續(xù)的科技創(chuàng)新能力成產(chǎn)行業(yè)領(lǐng)跑企業(yè)，其業(yè)務(wù)涵蓋聚氨酯、石化、精細(xì)化學(xué)品產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。所服務(wù)的行業(yè)主要包括：生活家居、運(yùn)動休閑、汽車交通、建筑工業(yè)、電子電氣、個(gè)人護(hù)理和綠色能源等。

Shanghai NOVA cooperated with Yantai WANHUA on a new project in November 2021, and undertook the construction of the whole production line with an annual output of 30000 tons of automatic fire-proof coatings in the form of EPC.This is Yantai production base of WANHUA group. It is one of the top 500 companies in China, and which is a new chemical material company operating globally. It has several R&D centers all over the country. With its continuous technological innovation capability, it has become a leading enterprise in the industry. Its business covers polyurethane, petrochemical, and fine chemicals industrial clusters. The industries served mainly include: living and home, sports and leisure, automobile transportation, construction industry, electrical and electronic, personal care and green energy, etc.

年產(chǎn)3萬噸自動化防火涂料整廠生產(chǎn)線，生產(chǎn)配方錄入電腦端，設(shè)定工藝流程和定量，采用遠(yuǎn)程智能控制一鍵式自動化生產(chǎn)，粉體物料自動輸送計(jì)量進(jìn)料，液體自動稱重計(jì)量進(jìn)料，生產(chǎn)釜自動啟動、自動進(jìn)料、自動生產(chǎn)等工藝步驟，產(chǎn)品合格后進(jìn)入全自動罐裝機(jī)，自動灌裝碼垛，運(yùn)送至成品區(qū)。

With an annual output of 30,000 tons of automatic fireproof coating production line, the production formula is entered into the computer, and the process flow and quantity are set. This system adopts remote intelligent control, automatically transports and measures the feeding of powder and liquid, and the production vessels are automatically operated. After finishing, products fed into the full-automatic filling machine, and then conveyed to the finished product area.

自動化粉體上料系統(tǒng)Automatic powder feeding system

粉體自動上料系統(tǒng)完成粉體自動上料、儲存（粉體料倉配有液位測量）、自動稱重計(jì)量、自動輸送至生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。

The feeding system completes the whole process of automatic feeding, storage (the powder storage tanksare equipped withlevel measurement), automatic weighing and metering, and convey to the production equipment autocratically.

液體物料自動計(jì)量進(jìn)料Automatic metering and feeding of liquid materials

液體儲罐（配有雷達(dá)液位計(jì)）經(jīng)泵送至計(jì)量罐，精準(zhǔn)稱重計(jì)量后輸送至生產(chǎn)釜，自動進(jìn)料生產(chǎn)。

The liquid storage tank (equipped with radar level gauge) is pumped to the metering tank, accurately weighed and measured, and then transported to the production vessel forproduction.

自動將顆粒雜質(zhì)排出濾元，無需人工清洗，可單機(jī)連續(xù)在線過濾，自動運(yùn)行，流量穩(wěn)定，節(jié)約人工和過濾耗材。

The particulate impurities are automatically discharged from the filter element without manual cleaning, and it can be continuously filtered online by a single machine, with automatic operation and stable flow, saving labor and filtration consumables.

整套產(chǎn)線自動化程度高，密閉式生產(chǎn)作業(yè)，無粉塵污染和有害氣體揮發(fā)，環(huán)保衛(wèi)生。上料自動化計(jì)量稱重，自動化混合生產(chǎn)，全自動化包裝產(chǎn)線配有機(jī)器人碼垛系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行無人化作業(yè)或少人化作業(yè)，釋放了勞動力，同時(shí)提高了生產(chǎn)效率，產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)更穩(wěn)定。

The whole production line has a high degree of automation, and it is closed production work, no dust pollution and harmful gas volatilization, which is environmentally friendly. The fully automaticproduction line releases the labor force, improves the production efficiency and makes the product quality more stable.
